Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes events need to be canceled or rescheduled. However, please note that we have a strict cancellation policy in place to ensure that our business operates smoothly and fairly. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at your earliest convenience. All bookings require a $150 non-refundable deposit, at time of booking. If you need to reschedule your event, please do so at least 14 days prior to your original event date. We will do our best to accommodate your new event date, but please note that we cannot guarantee availability. If you cancel within 14 days of your original event date or fail to show up for your event, you will be charged the full amount of the booking fee. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your event.
